1. Our Promise to You

We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. This policy explains how returns and refunds work, in line with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).


2. When You Can Return

We accept returns for both defective and non‑defective items, provided:

Products are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare and haircare products can only be returned if they are defective.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Delivery fees are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).


5. Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, simply place a new order once your refund has been processed.


6. Important Notes

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

All returned items must meet the conditions above to qualify for a refund.

We reserve the right to decline returns that don’t comply with this policy.
