1. Our Promise

At Gloskin Organics, we know how important it is for your skincare products to arrive quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Every order is prepared with care at our Durbanville fulfilment center and shipped directly to you.


2. Processing Your Order

We process all orders within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are handled the next business day.

During busy seasons or promotions, processing may take an extra day or two — but we’ll keep you updated.

Once your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.


3. Delivery Options

Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days, available nationwide.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout so there are no surprises.


4. Where We Deliver

We currently deliver across South Africa, to both residential and business addresses.


5. Tracking Your Parcel

You’ll always know where your order is. Once dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.


6. Double‑Check Your Details

Please make sure your delivery information is correct at checkout.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or lost parcels.

If you spot a mistake, contact us right away so we can fix it before shipping.


7. Possible Delays

We work hard to deliver on time, but sometimes delays happen due to:

Once your parcel is with the courier, delivery times are managed by them.


8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours. We may ask for photos or supporting details to help us investigate with the courier.


9. Returns Linked to Shipping

If the item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping.

If you’re returning for another reason, return shipping is your responsibility.

Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.

Packaging: Products are sealed, securely packed, and quality‑checked before dispatch.

Fulfilment: All orders are shipped from our Durbanville location within 1–3 business days after payment.
